Each of our products comes with a 1-year standard manufacturer warranty, ensuring that your experience with WisdomTail is hassle-free and your pet’s comfort is always guaranteed.

Warranty Coverage:

At WisdomTail, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. From the moment you receive your product, our 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues you may encounter. If you experience any problems during this period, we will promptly send you replacement parts free of charge. We will also cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement parts to you.

Replacement Policy:

If your issue cannot be resolved with replacement parts, we will offer a hassle-free solution by replacing your product with a brand new one. You will also receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label, which covers the cost of returning the defective product.

Please note that we cannot provide a replacement if the product has been disassembled, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse.
