1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours. Orders from the United States will usually ship the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, such as holidays, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.
2. Shipping Time
(a) In-stock Orders:
- Domestic (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): 1-4 business days
- Canada and the UK: 3-7 business days
- European Union: 7-10 business days
- Australia: 1-4 business days
(b) Pre-orders and Back-orders:
All items are currently in stock and available for immediate purchase in the United States. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 30 business days of their restock date.
3. Delivery Fees and Countries
Delivery fees and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping to the US mainland on orders over $49. Currently, we ship to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- European Union

4. Shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO
To ensure that your order arrives promptly, we only accept physical addresses for delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Military Addresses
Currently, we are unable to ship directly to military addresses due to internal procedures and regulations.
